Of course you don't always need any extra equipment to get gesture based technology experiences working!

If you have a PC or a laptop with a front facing camera then go on the Microsoft app store and get these:

Ballstrike- Free from Microsoft app store.

Move in front of the camera and hit balls! Don't hit the spiky ones but it's good fun and motivating- and cheap too.
